三安光电9月19日在互动平台表示，湖南三安针对车规级市场的SiC MOSFET已在重点新能源汽车客户处导入可靠性验证。与理想汽车成立的合资公司苏州斯科半导体一期产线实现通线，全桥功率模块C样已交付，预计将在今年下半年完成产品验证，2025年有望迎来模块批量生产。
