9月19日，从平度城乡规划中心获悉，万洋众创城项目A地块规划调整，项目由青岛平度万洋众创城科技有限公司建设，位于南村镇和顺路北、达通路西。
因工艺需求，拟将A地块A17#、A18#、A25#、A35#、A37#、A38#生产车间六栋厂房进行方案调整。
用地面积102638㎡，总建筑面积123888.89㎡，总计容面积164371.26㎡，建筑占地面积44549.49㎡，建筑密度43.40%，容积率1.601。
