北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）9月18日，北京市统计局发布《2024年1—8月北京市房地产市场运行情况》显示，今年前8月，北京市房地产开发企业房屋新开工面积857.1万平方米，同比增长12%。其中，住宅新开工面积529.9万平方米，增长22.6%；办公楼19.1万平方米，下降41.8%；商业营业用房34.2万平方米，增长19.6%。
