金融界9月18日消息，有投资者在互动平台向南大光电提问：董秘您好，可以介绍一下公司对于六氟丁二烯，扩产计划和实施进度嘛？对于光刻气是否有投入研发计划。
公司回答表示：公司“六氟丁二烯产业化项目”拟建设100吨/年六氟丁二烯生产装置，投产后产品主要应用于高端存储芯片制造的蚀刻环节，总建设周期约40个月。目前项目正在推进中。
