财中社9月18日电 中国新经济投资（00080）发布公告，黄斌先生因其他业务承担辞任非执行董事及联席主席，辞任自2024年9月17日起生效。黄斌先生确认与董事会并无意见分歧，且无其他事项需提请股东及香港联合交易所有限公司关注。
黄斌先生辞任后，蔡捷思先生将接任董事会主席，任命同样自2024年9月17日起生效。
