【受台风“贝碧嘉”影响，苏州全市风力快速增强】9 月 16 日上午 10 点左右，太仓浏河监测到 13 级、37.5 米/秒的大风，为近些年来破纪录风力。昆山、张家港 出现 10 级大风，其他区域风力 9 级，且还在进一步增强。
