来自上海中心气象台的消息，今年第13号台风“贝碧嘉”（强台风级）9月16日7时30分在上海浦东临港新城沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力14级（42米/秒，强台风级），中心最低气压为955百帕。
边防港航分局民警在台风期间，驻守东海大桥检查站。
