【克而瑞研究中心报告：2024 上半年典型上市房企 72%计提存货跌价准备】克而瑞研究中心近日发布报告，2024 上半年，典型上市房企中有 72%计提了存货跌价准备，共计提 453 亿元。从历史来看，典型房企自 2021 年开始累积计提共 4242 亿，2021 年至 2023 年每年计提约 1300 亿左右。
