9月15日消息，特斯拉今日宣布，第1亿颗4680电池下线。三个月前，特斯拉刚刚宣布第5000万颗4680电池下线。
特斯拉4680电池是一种直径46毫米、高度80毫米的圆柱形电池，相较于之前的2170电池其单体能量提高了5倍，电力相比有极耳电池提升了6倍，功率输出提升6倍。
根据特斯拉第二季度财报，4680电池第二季度产量比第一季度增加了50%。（IT之家）
