9月13日，网传福建莆田实验小学，一名家长疑似因感情纠纷在群中连续在班级群中发送多个不雅视频，群主不得已将群解散。
9月14日，学校工作人员称，校长与书记很重视，早上8点给城东校区召开班主任大会，一定会妥善处理好此事。
