四方精创9月13日公告，公司股东益群集团控股有限公司（以下简称“益群控股”）近日收到深圳证监局出具的关于对益群控股采取责令改正措施的决定。
经查，益群控股作为公司持股5%以上的股东，持有公司股份比例变动达5%时，未依法停止交易，仍继续减持公司股份166.0314万股，占公司股份的0.31%。上述行为违反了规定。根据规定，深圳证监局决定对益群控股采取责令改正的监管措施。
