9月12日，海南省防御台风“摩羯”应急指挥部新闻发布会上，海南省发展和改革委员会副主任丛劲松介绍，据初步摸排，全省在建项目2860个，截至11日，已复工2125个，复工率达74%。本次受台风影响较重的海口、儋州、澄迈、文昌、定安、临高等市县产业园区目前共有规上企业2152家，已复产1469家，复产率为68%。（新华社）
