据越南农业和农村发展部消息，截至9月12日下午，台风“摩羯”已在越南造成226人死亡，104人失踪。
越南老街省、高平省等地的搜救工作正在持续进行。
“摩羯”7日在越南北部登陆。据越南国家水文气象预报中心消息，“摩羯”8日上午在越南西北地区已减弱为热带低气压，受台风后续影响，越南北部地区出现持续强降雨。
