9月11日消息，知情人士透露，加拿大便利店巨头Alimentation Couche-Tard正在讨论改进其对7-11便利店运营商Seven & i Holdings的收购方案，争取说服Seven & i Holdings接受磋商。知情人士称，Couche-Tard一直在研究提高潜在收购价格的空间有多大。据悉，要想让Seven & i Holdings愿意谈判，出价必须大幅超过最初提出的每股14.86美元。（彭博）
