9月11日，有网友发视频，江西抚州东乡区一商铺门口，有多名身穿制服的执法人员围殴脚踹一名男子。11日下午东乡区联合调查组发布情况说明，表示已经迅速成立由公安、城管等部门组成的联合调查组展开调查，事件有关情况正在调查处理中。
