9月10日，在“与中国共成长”中外CEO上海对话会上，中国欧盟商会全国副主席及上海分会董事会主席代开乐表示，很高兴有机会亲眼见证中国，尤其是上海，在过去20年取得的巨大成就。如今的上海正努力再次成为改革的领头羊，并赢得国外投资者的信心。（记者 弓玥琪）
