9月9日，上海市发展和改革委员会发布关于居民瓶装液化石油气基准价的通知，自9月10日零点起，本市14.5kg包装规格居民瓶装液化石油气基准价为每瓶102元，其他包装规格基准价按每瓶实际容量折算。经营企业可在上浮不超过基准价20%范围内自主制定价格，下浮不限。(财联社)
