9月7日，广西东兴市商务和口岸管理局发布通告，鉴于台风“摩羯”对东兴市影响已趋减弱，经东兴市人民政府同意，决定于2024年9月8日恢复东兴口岸一桥、二桥及东兴边民互市贸易区所有的人员、货物正常通关作业。（央视新闻）
