证券时报e公司讯，9月6日召开的“2024年全球AI芯片峰”会上，北极雄芯CTO谭展宏表示，《芯粒互联接口标准》通过团标审核，预计将于9月公布；《车规级芯粒互联接口标准》正在进行团标审核，预计将于下半年公示。2023年8月，中国通信学会针对《芯粒互联接口标准》团体标准征求意见。
