福田汽车9月5日公告，公司聘任李庆华担任公司副总经理，宋术山不再担任公司副总经理。公司财务负责人由宋术山调为李庆华。宋术山本次离任后，除了其所兼任的外派董监事职务尚需逐步有序办理退出与变更手续以外，将不在公司担任其他职务。
