岳阳林纸9月3日公告，公司全资子公司诚通碳汇经营管理(湖南)有限责任公司（简称“诚通碳汇”）与多伦县城乡建设投资集团有限公司签署了《多伦县碳汇资源开发项目合作合同》，合同合作期限21年。如本项目顺利实施，按目前国内碳交易价格测算，预计合作期限内将至少产生净利润2000万元。
