8月31日，有网友表示，到了刘谦杭州魔术演出现场，被通知演出临时取消。据悉，刘谦当晚亲自出面解释称，自己的演出团队成员8月30日凌晨因食物中毒被送急诊，8月31日的演出被迫取消。9月1日，官方发布调查情况通报称，18例腹泻人员经门诊治疗后已全部自行离院，目前，涉事饭店已暂停营业。
2024年8月31日上午，我办接区疾控中心报告，浙江医院三墩院区陆续接诊18例腹泻病例，均为某演出团队成员。就诊人员经门诊治疗后已全部自行离院。
