8月26日，国家矿山安全监察局云南局发布公告，8月14日至15日，该局对宣威市林源矿业有限公司永昌煤矿进行监察执法时，发现该矿存在“图纸作假、隐瞒采掘工作面”的重大事故隐患仍然进行生产。依据规定，国家矿山安全监察局云南局责令该矿停产整顿 30 天。
