新京报贝壳财经讯 8月28日，兰州银行发布2024年半年度报告，该行营收和净利润均出现下滑。上半年，该行实现营收39.95亿元，同比下降3.61%；实现归母净利润9.43亿元，同比减少1.53%。中报发布之前，兰州银行刚刚完成了董事会换届工作，选举许建平、刘敏、刘靖、张少伟、韩泽华、李燕等6人为该行第六届董事会非独立董事。除董事长许建平外，其他非独立董事提名成员均为新任。
