当地时间8月29日上午，受今年第10号台风“珊珊”影响，日本九州地区长崎市向市内205923户、共393051人发出避难指示，为5级警戒等级中的第4级。
台风“珊珊”当地时间29日8时左右在日本九州地区鹿儿岛县萨摩川内市附近登陆。受台风影响，鹿儿岛县、宫崎县等地遭遇大风、强降雨等天气。日本气象厅呼吁当地民众保持高度警惕。（央视新闻）
