财联社8月29日电，韩国水原地方法院28日以违反《重大灾害处罚法》为由，向京畿道华城市电池制造商ARICELL的母公司S-Connect负责人朴淳瓘和其子朴重彦发布了拘捕令。这是自2022年韩国实施《重大灾害处罚法》以来，企业负责人首次因安全生产事故而被拘留。
