近日，北京昌平山姆会员商店项目主体结构封顶，预计2025年开业。该项目位于北京市昌平区北七家镇东二旗村，项目占地面积约2.25万平方米，总建筑面积65759平方米，其中地上建筑面积约22500平方米，地下建筑面积约43259平方米，同时配备约4000平方米的后仓物流中转中心，该中心至少可支持20个云仓的物流配送服务。
