当地时间8月24日晚，社交平台Telegram创始人、首席执行官帕维尔・杜罗夫(Pavel Durov)在法国被捕。
据法国媒体报道，杜罗夫当日从阿塞拜疆乘坐飞机抵达巴黎布尔歇机场，到达机场后被法国警方逮捕，原因是Telegram缺乏管理，导致平台被用于洗钱、贩毒和分享恋童癖内容……
