陈光来，字天舒，号观自得斋，桔坡山主人，中共党员，会计师，中国建设银行温州平阳分行退休。结业于中国美术学院、浙江画院和南京承晋书院，七贤书画院学习，并师从仇高驰、余芳、王期红，画艺从师杭中吉、张大谦、赵永利。
