中国海军首艘风帆训练舰“破浪”号20日从大连某军港解缆起航，搭载海军大连舰艇学院的学员和官兵，进行远海实习训练，并将访问越南、印度尼西亚、斯里兰卡、新加坡等国家，技术停靠香港。
