富力地产8月20日在港交所公告，香港附属公司兆晞收到清盘呈请。董事会认为，对兆晞之呈请及对富力香港之呈请皆不代表兆晞、富力香港或公司其他持份者的利益。呈请人仅为该贷款之其中一名贷款人，只持有该贷款尚未偿还本金额18%。诚如该等公告所述，该贷款已有足够的抵押品。
