8月17日，洛阳涧西万达广场喜茶店一男店员与女顾客发生冲突，两人互骂互摔东西。该店负责人表示，双方系因点单问题引发冲突，两人没有受伤，店铺将向顾客道歉并做好安抚工作。万达广场客服人员表示，事发后涉事喜茶店已提前闭店，商场楼层主管正在处理此事。（红星新闻）
