8月13日12时40分，内蒙古赤峰市松山区太平地镇八台营子村老哈河左岸段堤防发生溃口险情，溃口长度11米，最大水深2.5米，内外水位差1.5米。经过连夜抢险，截至14日5时30分，溃口已封堵4.5米。
