8月14日，一女子在遛狗时狗尿到车轮上，车主发现后要求该女子马上擦掉，女子以“等一会儿擦”拖延。车主一怒之下拿起路边砖头砸向该女子和狗。事后，女子报警处理，目前双方已和解。
