美国私募基金Regent近日通过子公司正式收购瑞士皮具品牌Bally，具体交易金额未被披露。Bally此前由欧洲投资公司JAB Holding Co.所有。中国服饰集团山东如意曾在2018年与JAB Holding Co.达成对Bally的收购意向，但因债务问题最终未能完成收购。
