8月9日，央行发布《2024年第二季度中国货币政策执行报告》。报告指出，稳步推进养老金融发展。延续实施普惠养老专项再贷款，扩大试点范围至全国，并将支持范围扩大至公益型及普惠型养老机构运营、居家社区养老体系建设、纳入目录的老年产品制造。6月末，工具余额为17亿元，累计支持金融机构为80家普惠养老服务机构发放优惠贷款26.5亿元。
