大陆集团8月5日在一份声明中称，经过战略审查，大陆集团执行董事会决定详细评估分拆汽车业务部门并在法兰克福证券交易所上市事宜。预计执行董事会将在第四季度就分拆事宜做出决定，可能的分拆计划将提交2025年4月25日召开的年度股东大会批准，如获批准，目标是在2025年底前完成分拆。
