观点网讯：8月5日，融信集团发布公告，截至2024年6月30日，融信（福建）投资集团有限公司及其子公司未能按期偿还银行贷款共计456700.51万元人民币，未能如期兑付商票共计23503.42万元人民币。
融信集团表示，公司已成立债务风险化解委员会，正积极与债权人沟通解决逾期债务问题。
