近日，中新集团公告，控股子公司中新智地苏州工业园区有限公司参与投资北京英诺鼎鑫创业投资中心（有限合伙）的进展。子公司认缴出资不超过5,000万元，占比不超过最终基金认缴总额的6%。截至目前，英诺鼎鑫基金已募集完毕，认缴出资额合计105,556万元，并完成基金备案更新及工商变更登记。
