2024年8月2日，福能东方(300173.SZ)公告称，董事会近日收到公司非独立董事、副总经理蔡志强的书面辞职报告。蔡志强因个人原因，申请辞去非独立董事、副总经理职务。辞职后，蔡志强不担任公司及下属公司其他职务。
