2024年7月30日，欧盟向WTO提交G/TBT/N/EU/1079号通报，其内容为欧盟拟议向REACH附件XVII中新增N,N -二甲基乙酰胺 (DMAC) 和 1-乙基吡咯烷-2-酮 (NEP)两项物质的限制要求。利益相关者可在通报发布之日起60日内提交意见反馈。两项物质的拟议限制要求如下：
