记者从湖南湘潭市防汛抗旱指挥部获悉，受涓江河水位上涨影响，7月28日20时许，湖南湘潭市的湘潭县易俗河镇郭家桥新塘村四新堤发生决口险情，省市县各级迅速调集力量进行抢险救援。截至21时40分许，决口发展至50多米，已转移群众3100余人，暂无人员伤亡。
