7月24日13时，福建海事局启动防台风I级应急响应。至16时，进入厦门高崎渔港避风的各类船舶共422艘，撤离人员1863人；厦金“小三通”客运航线客船已全部停航，其余客运航线正视风力影响陆续停航。
