7月22日，曹县教育和体育局联合曹县综合行政执法局组成工作专班，到青菏街道、普连集镇、青岗集镇等镇街，开展校外培训治理督导工作，查看各镇街校外培训机构治理工作小组设置、整治方案、摸排情况、整治措施等相关材料，及部分违规培训机构治理情况，并指出工作中的短板。
