7月23日，据北京规自委消息，兴创置地以底价32.17亿元摘得大兴区大兴新城核心区DX00-0101-051、052地块、黄村七街DX00-0201-0248、0255地块R2二类居住用地、S4社会停车场用地、A334托幼用地，成交楼面价2.47万元/㎡，销售指导价5.9万元/㎡，浮动8％。
该地块为大兴新城核心区、黄村七街两宗地块捆绑出售，总用地面积69411.008㎡，规划面积144005.163㎡。建设商品住房130074.613㎡，公建2000㎡；无偿代建11930.55㎡，其中幼儿园3580.55㎡、停车场7980㎡、公共厕所70㎡、社区文化设施300㎡，起始价32.17亿元。
