北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 张函）7月22日，光明肉业发布关于董事退休离任的公告显示，公司第九届董事会董事沈步田已到法定退休年龄，并已办理退休手续，不再担任公司董事及董事会审计委员会委员等职务。离任后，沈步田不再担任公司任何职务。
