受今年第4号台风“派比安”影响，21日夜间至22日凌晨期间，海南省陵水县城内及附近乡镇多处区域出现树木倒伏和城乡积涝。经消防救援人员连续工作数小时后，道路已恢复通行、群众庭院积水已排涝完成。
