参考消息网7月21日报道据俄罗斯卫星社7月21日报道，俄罗斯国防部新闻处称，俄“伊斯坎德尔-M”导弹系统在顿涅茨克地区击中了基辅控制区的两列乌克兰军用列车。
报道说，消息称：“‘伊斯坎德尔-M’作战战术导弹系统对‘顿涅茨克人民共和国’巴文科伏居民点附近的两列军用列车（每列20节车厢）进行了集体导弹袭击。这两列军用列车载有乌军第41机械化旅部队的人员和军事装备。”
