最高人民法院7月19日发布的数据显示，今年上半年人民法院诉源治理成效显现，案件量总体增幅放缓。全国法院受理各类案件2317.6万件，同比增长3.9%，增幅较上年同期下降13.44个百分点；结案2117.3万件，同比增长2.18%。
