复旦赵俊教授团队用高压光学浮区技术成功生长三层镍氧化物，证实其压力诱导的体超导电性，超导体积分数达86%，成果发表于《自然》。镍氧化物是高温超导体的候选材料，团队成功合成的三层镍氧化物单晶样品表现出高温超导性，为高温超导机理的理解和应用提供了新方向。
